The Romanian Club symbolizes friendship without borders. Their members are as diverse as the population of their school. Truly this club is a means to unite Romanians and their friends.
Their purpose is to promote an awareness of Romanian cultural, historical, and social issues, as well as to bring together all those who share a common interest in the country and the people of Romania.
The Romanian community is very small, and not very united. There are about four or five Romanians on campus at North Hollywood High School. This is sort of their little struggle to unite!
At every meeting thei talk about something different, and that's why the members never get bored. Mr. Kolin, Mr. Sersea and Ms. Belton even provide videos for the club.
This Club is a lot of fun and you don't have to be a Romanian to join. Everyone is welcome!
